The items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for returns due to their nature or due to being marked as final sale. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.
Step 2: Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to begin the return process, including specifying the reason for the return.

Step 3: Obtain a Return Shipping Label
Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Simply print the label and securely attach it to your package. In some cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless you received a defective or incorrect item.
Step 4: Packaging and Shipping
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, use suitable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during shipping. Include all product tags, accessories, and any documentation that was delivered with the item.
Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier, which will be noted on your return label. You may choose to use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another courier service as instructed.
Step 5: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return at our facility at 15767 Holmur Street, Detroit, MI 48238, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 2 business days. Your refund will be processed by your bank and the refund credited to your original payment method, this time depends on the bank you work with.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a gift card, store credit will be issued. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.
